The atmosphere is warm and traditionally Italian, and everything we tried was genuinely impressive. I never thought I’d rave about a zucchini pizza, but it completely surprised me - packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. The appetizers were just as good, and the prices were almost too good to be true: €24 for two full combos (pizza, drink, and starters). Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a while.- Wait time

From what I understood the appetizers may differ between the day and availability. Everything was freshly served and the staff was really nice. The place had a cool local vibe. Something absolutely unique! From outside you barely recognize what special is going on inside. Design brings you back to 70’s (I would appreciate some history of this place, what and who is behind this story), stuff is good organised and even I was there on saturday night in high season, after couple minutes I got a table.
There is not reservation system. You have to wait on little walk side infront of the restaurant. Food is clasical apulian and brings you a bit of everything (cheese, salami, olives, bruschetta, sea food, vegetable, pizza). You can choose from menu offering you two options - smaller (8€) and bigger (12€). I had one for 12€ and what I got was absolutely unexpected! I barely eat everything. Make sure you get there when they open. Rustic, impressive spread of starters. Pizza is good as well. Only two menu, with or without starter. With starter, minimum 2 person. It is not too quality food but it is still good for the price!

This place is bonkers! The atmosphere, the food, the service is second to none! No frills, no fuss - homestyle food at its best , what typical Italian food should be. We could understand why there were queues out at the front. We will be back tomorrow!

I don't know where to start, it so was so fantastic. The best dinner in Bari, no doubts. 12€ for a table full of starters, pizza of your choice for each person, drink, ice cream and limoncello. You can take your pizza to go. Extraordinary Italian experience, good music and family vibe with tables close to each other. Waiters very nice, possible to pay by card. I wish I had an extra stomach to eat all of that! ❤️

Awesome, awesome, awesome!! We got so much food that it is insane, 4 big menus for 4 people are too much: - we had like 8 starters, one beer each, 4 pizzas, 4 lemon sorbet and 4 limoncellos - it was for 48 euros (12 euro each) If you are in Bari you need to visit this

€12 per person for starters and a pizza. Huge array of food for starters. Ridiculous how much food you get. Very much a local place - we were lucky in getting a table. Can be queues outside. Definitely recommended as a way of seeing 'real' Bari. In summary the menu - Peroni, Pespsi, Anti-Pasta & Pizza.

Absolutely excellent experience. I have no idea how they stay in business with these prices and amount of food served. Hands down best experience I ever had in Italy. Rustico will forever stay in our hearts and has defined our trip in Bari for the better.
